Novak: gas discount for the Ukraine may be less than 30%

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak hasn’t ruled out that in the third and fourth quarters the discount on Russian gas for the Ukraine may be less than 30% of the contract price. The Minister explained that the discount rate was not fixed and was not restricted by any limits, such as $100 or 30%. The cost of gas until the end of the year will be determined solely on the basis of economic feasibility.
