“Evraz Sukhaya Balka” mine reduced ore extraction by 8.2% in Jan-May 2016

​“Evraz Sukhaya Balka” mine (Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk region) in Jan-May 2016 reduced saleable iron ore production by 8.2% against Jan-May 2015 to 1.050 mln tons.

In May 2016 the mine produced 261 thousand tons of saleable ore.

“Evraz Sukhaya Balka” PJSC in 2015 reduced production of saleable iron ore by 2.7% against 2014 to 2.810 mln tons.

“Evraz Sukhaya Balka” mine is one of the leading enterprises of  the mining sector of the Ukraine that specializes in the iron ore extortion by the underground method. The structure of the mine comprises the Yubileynaya mine and Frunze mine.

“Evraz Sukhaya Balka” mine specializes in the extraction and production of saleable iron ore to which agglomeration ore is referred (iron content is 56-60%) and shipping ore (47-50%).
