Russia had almost overcome the economic downturn, the RF President Vladimir Putin stated at a meeting with members of the international expert council of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and leading representatives of the international investment community.
"We have almost overcome recession, the basic conditions for entering the trajectory of growth are created, we managed to maintain macroeconomic stability, inflation significantly dropped", - RIA Novosti quotes V.Putin.
