Metallurgic industry of the Ukraine decreases its losses by 24%

By results of January-May of 2013, losses of the Ukrainian metallurgic industry decreased by 23.7% or by 1.4 billion hryvnias as compared with the same period of the previous year to 4.5 billion hryvnias, the Chairman of the association “Federation of Ukrainian metallurgists” Sergei Belenky reported at the press conference in Dnepropetrovsk today.

At the same time, according to him, in this period the net income of metallurgic enterprises also fell by 9.9% (6.5 billion hryvnias) and made up 58.9 billion hryvnias.
