Neftegas will be able to sell property of companies –debtors

The Supreme Rada has introduced changes in the law “On introduction of moratorium for obligatory sale of property” (to influence on companies-debtors).
The law eliminates the moratorium for obligatory property sale for the settlement of debts before Neftegas Ukrainy and its affiliates which shipped gas on the basis of the license.
251 delegates voted for this decision with the necessary minimum of 226 votes.
This is one of 7 draft laws which the Ukraine should approve to go on cooperation with the International Monetary Fund.
