Novak: project of the third stage of LNG plant on Sakhalin is the most likely

The construction of the third stage of the current LNG plant within the Sakhalin-2 is the most likely and worked out among the projects discussed, the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
"At present, the most likely and researched project is the beginning of the construction of third stage (of LNG plant within Sakhalin-2)," - said Novak.
As part of the Sakhalin-2 project only one LNG plant in Russia operates. Sakhalin-2 provides for the development of two offshore fields – the Piltun-Astokhskoye and Lunskoye ones.
