Polish PGNiG gains control over 52% of an operator of the Polish part of “Yamal-Europe” gas pipeline

The largest Polish state-run oil-and-gas company PGNiG gained control over 52% of Europol Gaz, an operator of the Polish part of the gas pipeline “Yamal-Europe”. It goes from the statement of PGNiG.

Gazprom and PGNiG directly own 48% each in Europol Gaz, while Gas-Trading has got 4%. According to the press-release, a subsidiary of PGNiG, Gas Assets Management, bought from PHZ Bartimpex 36.17% of Gas Trading.
