In the framework of the share buyback a subsidiary of MMC "Norilsk Nickel" - LLC "NN-Invest" - has acquired 38.185 thousand shares (0.0241%), increasing the share capital of "Norilsk Nickel" to 0.4665% from 0.4424%, the report of the MMC informs.
"NN Invest" directly repurchasing and representing the final buyer of the securities, on June 30 signed a contract in which it agrees to acquire shares of the nickel company in the amount of not more than 500 million dollars at the exchange rate at the time of purchase by the end of year.
