Kazakhstan to reach maximum level of oil production in 2024-2030

Kazakhstan is going to reach its maximum level of oil production in 2024-2030,the  Minister of Oil and Gas, U.Karabalin said at the governmental session on Tuesday.

“Relying on the current realias of the sector, the maximum level of oil production is expected in 2024-2030, while it will go down to 30-50 million tons in 2050, if we don’t involve new deposits in operation,” Karabalin said and added it is a pessimistic variant of the development.
