Lukoil is going to restore propylene production at Stavrolen petrochemical enterprise in Q1 2015, after the fire in February 2014, the director of the department for optimization and coordination of production of Lukoil A. Ivanov says. The precise date will be determined by the end of the year. He says nothing about the volume of investment into repairs at the plant.
