The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal will hear appeals of "Rosneft" and "LV Holding" on decisions that have been recognized as legitimate actions of the RF Ministry of Energy, which has not issued "Rosneft" coordination for the application of reduced tariff rates to the GH produced in 2012-2013 in the Verhnechonsk oil field, RIA Novosti reports.
The representative of the RF Ministry of Energy stated in the trial court that in the case of satisfaction of claims of "Rosneft" by the court it could qualify for a return of previously paid customs payments worth 60 billion roubles from the budget.
