Gazpromneft starts testing new technology of APG use

Gazpromneft has begun testing a new technology that allows to utilize associated petroleum gas. The company began trial operation with soft steam reforming in the Omsk region in the south-western part of the Krapivinskoye field (is developed by Gazpromneft-Vostok). Due to this technology broad fraction of light hydrocarbons, contained in the produced APG, will be processed into gas that can then be used for the needs of power generation and supplied into pipeline for the further transportation to consumers.
