Gazprom consolidates 98.7% of MOEK

Gazprom has increased its share in the Moscow united energy company (MOEK) almost by 9% to over 98.7%, the gas monopoly reports.
Gazprom received the energy company’s holding of shares in its indirect disposal through Gazprom energoholding (owns 89.9759% of MOEK’s shares).
