Infrastructure for Rosneft’s refinery in Nakhodka is estimated at 109 million rubles

According to calculations of the Energy Ministry’s specialists, 1.13 trillion rubles must be invested into construction of a petrochemical complex of Rosneft in Nakhodka (the Primorsk region). In addition to industrial capacities, it’s necessary to construct an appropriate infrastructure that will demand for 108.71 billion rubles.
