Metalloinvest increases efficiency of Mikhailovsky GOK

Reconstruction of the main conveyor M1has been carried out at crushing and processing complex of Mikhailovsky GOK under the investment program of Metalloinvest. As a result, its transport capacity increased from 2.9 to 5 tons per hour.

The task of the conveyors modernization is to increase productivity of the crushing and processing plant by increasing the throughput capacity of all available parts of conveyor units to 5 thousand tons per hour. Today, the transportation of the whole volume of crude ore is carried out by two conveyor paths: K1-M1-M23-O2 and K2-M2-M11-O1. Earlier, in 2012, transport capacity of the head conveyor K1 of first pipelined path was increased to 5 thousand tons per hour.
