"Sakhalin Energy" to discuss with shareholders the next steps in the dispute with "Rosneft".

The company "Sakhalin Energy", the operator of the project "Sakhalin-2", will discuss with shareholders the next steps in the dispute with "Rosneft" for access to the gas pipeline, Interfax reported with reference to the chief executive officer of Roman Dashkov.

- I do not want to comment on the next steps of the company, because they are discussed at the level of the shareholders. When there will be specific solutions, I think that the media will learn about. The timing is difficult to say - Dashkov stated.

Earlier it was reported that the Supreme Court of Russia refused "Sakhalin Energy" and its main shareholder - "Gazprom" – in the transfer of appeal against the decision of the lower courts in a dispute with "Rosneft" for admission to the Trans Sakhalin gas pipeline.
