Rosneft and BP sign an agreement on dissolution of JV ROG

Rosneft and BP Europa SE announced about signing a legally binding agreement on dissolution of JV Ruhr Oel GmbH (ROG) within the frame of a process on restructuring of the oil-processing and petrochemical joint venture in Germany. It is stated in the companies’ joint press-release.
