The Ukraine litigates its debt at $2.4 billion for the Russian gas in the Stockholm Arbitration court. The court cannot start consideration of case before 2016. If the Ukraine does not pay until April 1st, it can be cut off from gas. It is stated about on the web site of Vesti Economiki.
“The negotiations, in my opinion, are to be kept until the start of arbitration proceedings,” RF Minister of Energy A.Novak stated.
