12 oil re-processing units to be launched in Russia this year

In 2015, 11 re-processing units were launched in Russia, in 2016, it is expected to launch 12 units more. These data was presented at the Government Commission on issues of the Fuel and Energy Complex and energy efficiency of the economy, which is held by the Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich yesterday.
