Ministry of Energy prepares stress-scenario up to 2022 with the oil price at $31-53 per a barrel

Ministry of Energy has developed stress-scenario with oil prices of $31 per a barrel in 2016 and $53 per a barrel in 2022. According to RBC, the document has been included into the Energy Strategy of the country until 2035, which only supposed objective and conservative scenarios with oil prices at $70-80 in 2015.
