Gazprom Neft has coordinated the terms for attraction of a credit of $1 billion

Gazprom Neft has coordinated the terms for attraction of a credit of $1 billion. The transaction can be closed this month, a source close to the situation claims. The credit will consist of a loan of $700 million for 5 years and the second renewable loan. The rate is LIBOR  + 1.75% for the first tranche, and LIBOR  + 1 % for the second tranche.

In 2012, total debt of the company was $7.4 billion. It used different modes for organization of refinancing , in particular, via placing of ruble bonds, credits attractions and issuing of Eurobonds for the first time.
