Metalloinvest will supply iron ore to China in the case of the imposition of sanctions by the West

The Russian and the CIS largest iron ore producer Metalloinvest will re-orient to supplies of iron ore to China and other markets  in case of imposition of sanctions by the West, I. Streshinsky claims, the chief of USM Advisors managing the assets of the Metalloinvest majority shareholder A. Usmanov.

The company is worried with possible imposition of sanctions against Russia but it does not think that it will ruin their business. China is unlike to impose sanctions. Metalloinvest will close transactions in rubles, yuans, Hong-Kong and Singapore dollars.
