SIBUR to quit a JV with Gazprom Neft for 795 mln roubles

Sibur will leave the registered capital of the JV with Gazprom Neft – “ITSK” LLC and will receive 795 mln roubles for the sale of its stake, is said in the company’s financial report under IAS for 2014.
It is planned to leave the JV until March 31st 2015.
ITSK LLC was founded as a result of the amalgamation of teams of subdivisions of Gazprom Neft OJSC and Sibur Holding PJSC. Over 5,000 specialists provide services on the development, implementation and accompanying of high-tech decisions in various directions in Russia. The company’s subdivisions work in 25 regions of Russia. The customers of ITSK are over 250 enterprises.
