The chief of Rosneft I. Sechin took a step to accommodate the western funds, the minority shareholders of BP-TNK Holding, having held a meeting with them. Despite lack in any specifics announced about the future relations of the new owner with private shareholders, the fact of negotiations give an opportunity to value it positively for capitalization of BP-TNK.
