Sibur to supply products to the Ukraine only in case of 100% prepayment

Sibur has stopped dispatch of BOPP film to the Ukraine in conditions of payment delay because of country risk and switched over all dispatches to 100% prepayment, the company’s general director Dmitry Konov reported.
