In 2015 Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNKh, part of the TAIF Group), a leading Russian producer of synthetic rubber and plastics, and one of the largest petrochemical companies in Europe, had released the volume of plastics, a record in its history, - 780 thousand tons, in spite of the economic crisis in the country, CEO Azat Bikmurzin informed at the meeting.
"The factory of plastics, which combines plants of polyolefins and polystyrene, produced over 780 thousand tons in 2015 - it is the maximum volume of plastics in the history of the company", - he stated.
