“Rosneft” not to fight for Gavrikovskoye deposit

“Rosneft” will not participate in the tender for the development of the Gavrikovskoye deposit in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous area. The company cancelled its application.

Only two companies, “Gazpromneft-Khantos” and “NZNP trade” have filed a feasibility study for the participation in the contest within the established time frame to Rosnedra. Vedomosti reports, citing a spokesman for the Ministry of Natural Resources.

According to Muksun.fm, Rosneft’s subsidiary “RN-Uvatneftegaz”, “Novoenergo” (part of the fund “Energiya” of I.Yusufov) and “Razvitiye St.Petersburg” LLC were about to take part in the contest. However, “Rosneft” cancelled the application form on May 8th, 2015, while two other applicants did not send contest materials in due time.
