A.Mikheyev about import substitution in the oil-and-gas sector

An interview with the director of division of the Industry and Trade Ministry, A.Mikheyev took place on RBK-TV. The programme has been dedicated to the problem of import substitution in the oil-and-gas and  machine building sectors. The department, chaired by A.Mikheyev, supervises the cooperation of the oil-and-gas sector with the allied industries, first of all, metallurgy and machine building. Experts say, A.Mikheyev scarcely said anything about the distribution of budget funds, as his predecessors did. He has focused on the operation with oil-and-gas companies, the increase of transparency, clarity of purchases and the necessity of the formation of a consolidated order. It is very difficult, for instance, to start learning machine parts to the foreign equipment, purchased before, without consolidated order.
