The monopoly has to spend on gas distribution.

More and more courts confirm the obligation of "Gazprom" to make an offer to minority shareholders of a number of regional gas companies, acquired by it in 2013. The monopoly was trying to avoid foreclosure at the cost of 8 billion roubles, proving its affiliation with the vendor base packages of "Rosneftegaz" and appealing the injunction of the Central Bank of the need to purchase shares, but to no avail. Now minority shareholders believe that "Gazprom" will not escape the offer, but fear of new dispute about the price of repayment.
