Shares of "Ufaorgsintez" owned by a subsidiary of AFK "Sistema" - "Sistema-Invest" might be transferred to "Bashneft" in debt of "Sistema" to the oil company, the two sides were negotiating about it, two sources close to both sides told "the Vedomosti".
