"Transneft" will pay for equity in the pipeline with shares.
"Transneft", for the last eight years running the Russian share in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, is going to buy it from the state. The package will be paid with the additional common shares of the company, as in the case with absorption of "Transnefteprodukt" in 2007. As a result, the share of minority shareholders in the "Transneft" will decrease again.
