"Bashneft" drops out of the list of strategic investors.
Now half of the company may be sold.
The state has made the first step towards the privatization of "Bashneft". The RF President Vladimir Putin has excluded a 50% stake from the list of strategic enterprises. Sale of the state-owned company, as the Ministry of Economy informs, could take place in H1 2016. The main contenders are Independent oil and gas company and Lukoil.
