Bashneft to hold book building of bonds for 10 bln roubles on May 18th
On May 18th 2016 Bashneft will hold book building for bonds of BO-02 at the volume of 10 bln roubles.
The offering of a 10-year issue is planned for May 24th.
The organizer is Sberbank CIB.
6-month coupons will be paid by bonds.
On May 23rd the company will make the offer by bonds of BO-04 and BO-07 series at the total volume of 10 bln roubles. The papers are to be submitted for purchase on May 16-20th. The price of the purchase is 101.4% of the nominal value. The agent of the purchase is Sberbank CIB.
The bonds of BO-04 and BO-07 series with the period of circulation of 10 years and volume of 5 bln roubles each were offered in June 2015. The bonds of BO-04 series were offered at the rate of 12% per annum for 5 years. The bonds of BO-07 series presuppose a 6-year period and a 2-year call-option, rate before the offer is 12.1% per annum.
