FAS is against Transneft’s idea to allocate tariff’s revenue to TNP system

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is the only department that did not support the suggestion of Transneft to allocate revenue from oil transporting to development of the oil products pipeline system (TNP), according to the protocol of the session in the Ministry of Energy.
