Gazprom decides not to build an LNG plant in Teriberka

Gazprom is going to present at the earliest meeting of the Board of Directors the new plan of the development of the first stage of the Shtokman deposit that does not presuppose the construction of an LNG plant. The concern’s managers think that gas supplies by pipes will make the project more attractive for the investors. The authors of the technological scheme explains the turning away  from the terminals construction by the unprofitability of the plant construction in the Arctic area on the background of depression of the Atlantic LNG market.
