SOCAR ready to buy DEPA

SOCAR is ready to buy the assets of the Greece gas company DEPA, the President of SOCAR R. Abdullayev says. The tender procedure on privatization of DEPA’s assets is over, and SOCAR has started the negotiations with the Greek side. Mr. Abdullayev states that purchase of the Greek assets means entrance of SOCAR to gas distribution market. It will promote export potential of the Azeri company.
