Gazprom will allocate 620 billion rubles to construction of Belogorsk gas refinery

Gazprom will allocate 620 billion rubles into the construction of Belogorsk gas refining and helium complex in the Amur region, the Minister of Economic Development of the region, V. Orlov says. The project for provision of the necessary facilities of the Chayandy and Kovykta deposits realized by Gazprom is the leader by the volume of capital investment in the region. They await raising of taxes at a rate of 1 billion rubles annually during construction, and 2.5 billion rubles annually not taking into account profit tax while operations. In the future, the volume of taxes will achieve up to 7 billion rubles a year.
