Uzbekistan reduced oil production by 7.1% and increased consumption by 2.1%

In 2013, proven oil reserves in Uzbekistan were 100 million tons or 0.6 billion barrels, and gas reserves were 1.1 trillion cubic m, the same as in 2012, Trend reports referring to BP analysis.

In the opinion of BP’s experts, in 2013 Uzbekistan reduced oil production by 7.1% to 2.9 million tons and increased consumption by 2.1% to 3.3 million tons. Average daily production reduced by 7.1% to 63,000 barrels. Average daily consumption was 70,000 barrels.
