Rosneft and CIMC Enric Holdings have agreed on development of gas use as motor fuel

​Rosneft and CIMC Enric Holdings in the framework of the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum signed a cooperation agreement aiming for the expansion of natural gas use as motor fuel. The document was signed by the chairman of Rosneft, I. Sechin, and CEO of CIMC Enric Holdings, L.Chunfen.

The development of a network of gas filling compressor stations in Russia is one of the priorities of Rosneft’s strategy in retail business: the use of LNG as motor fuel allows consumers to increase the maximum distance per one tank and significantly reduce negative influence of transport on the environment.
