Kazakh oil will be transited under Russian rates

Kazakh oil will be transited under Russian rates, according to the project of the order of the Federal Tariffs Service (FST). The Article 5 of the Agreement about the mode of organization, management, functioning and development of common oil and oil products markets of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia signed on December 9 2010 presupposes setting of the tariffs for oil transporting  at a level equal to the tariffs of the state at the territory of which oil transporting is executed.
