Sibur analyzes the possible construction of ZapSibeNeftechem, a complex for polymers production with annual capacity of up to 15 million tons a year in Tobolsk in the Tyumen region.

The ZapSibeNeftechem project can become the Russian largest integrated oil chemical complex including the facilities for pyrolysis, polypropylene and polyethylene production. It’s projected capacity will be up to 1.5 million tons of polyethylene and 0.5 million tons of polypropylene a year.
