Ambassador of India to the Russian Federation stated that direct contact between the State Trading Corporation of India and the largest Russian oil companies had been set and then they were discussing the terms and conditions.
"Gazpromneft" was in talks with India on the supply of oil, Indian ambassador Pundi Srinivasan Raghavan stated in an interview with RIA Novosti.
