Bashneft” has completed the deal on the sale of a block of stock of OJSC “Incorporated Petrochemical Company” (ONK), which makes up 98% of the registered capital. The press-service of an oil company states.
The deal has been effected within the framework of realization of the strategy of Bashneft on the disposal of the non-core assets beyond the company.
