Kazakhstan negotiates with Russia on the filling of the Kartaly-Astana gas pipeline, the Minister of Oil and Gas Uzakbai Karaballin reported on Wednesday.
“Engineering of this gas pipeline on provision of Astana with gas was completed last year and today the discussion of gas supplies from Russia – at the border of the Kostanai region, through Tobol - takes place,” – Karabalin said at a briefing in the Service of central communications.
