Rosneft reconstructs biological treatment facilities of the Ryazan oil refinery

I.Sechin,the head of “Rosneft” and the governor of the Ryazan region, O.Kovalev concluded an agreement on social-economic cooperation. The press-service of the company announced.
The agreement provides the basis for cooperation in the implementation of social, industrial and financial programmes, which contribute to the development of the Ryazan region, as well as an achievement of balance of mutual interests.
