Tatneft has worked out a new technology for oil output increase

​To increase the oil output the specialists of TatNIPIneft of PJSC Tatneft have worked out a technology of oil extraction growth by means of complex influence on the layers with the application of compositions on the basis of microdispersed cilica gel.

The technology is meant for the deposits of later stage of development represented by various collectors by permeability.

A composition consisting out of 2 consecutive rims influences on the layer.

Initially a microdispersed silica gel produced from water solutions of sodium silicate and salt acid which provides the blocking of water intervals in deeper areas of the layer. Then the composition is loaded so as to increase oil extraction out of less permeable oil containing layers.

Tatneft is the patent holder.
