Gazprom Neft will sell petrol stations network to its subsidiary for 472 million rubles

The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft has agreed the closure of the sales contracts for the petrol stations network between the company and its subsidiary Gazpromneft North West. The seller is Gazprom Neft, and the buyer is Gazpromneft North West. The transaction sum is 472 million rubles with VAT. In March ITAR-TASS reported, that management over Gazpromneft Center petrol stations network transits to Gazpromneft North West, due to internal organizational changes in the company.
