Gazprom and Rosneft might soon be issued with new licenses for the Arctic shelf

In the coming months Gazprom and Rosneft might be issued new licenses for the Arctic shelf, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia, S. Donskoi said.
I think in winter new licenses will be issued – in December or in January 2015, he said.
There are sites left at the shelf. Gazprom and Rosneft apply for them, he added.
