Rosneft and Gazprom have started discussion with CNPC of cooperation in LNG sphere, CNPC’s External Relations Department Director, Zhang Xin says. The point of discussion is the companies’ projects in Far Eastern region. Unfortunately, no meaningful progress has been achieved while negotiating with both Russian companies. That’s why the point is still at the stage of exchanging opinions. Neither Rosneft nor Gazprom have made any concrete suggestions.
