Rosneft doesn’t apply to review offshore licenses

Rosneft hasn’t filed an application for review of licenses for offshore fields, the Natural Resources Minister Sergei Donskoy reported.

"Rosneft applied for a revision of terms of the licenses for sites located on land. The company didn’t file applications for shelf reconsideration, "- he said.
